Roles and Responsibility :
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluation activities and goals.
- Develop your team member for more business
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.
- Train your team for better achievement
- Accountable for income generation and achievement of business marks.
- To generate leads from the open market through different sources like friends, relatives, and references and hire them as an advisor
Skills Required :
- Strong negotiation skill
- Excellent networking skill
- Effective Communication skill
CTC: 2.75 To 3.75 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
Candidate Profile :
Qualification: Any graduation
- Minimum 1 to 4 years experience in sales and marketing
Age: 21 to 38 years
- 2 - Wheeler must.
