Manager - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquisition and end-to-end setting of onsite child care centers
- Handling marketing initiatives across the region
- Responsible for Business Expansion and growth across centers
- Business generation by creating new tie-ups across the region
- Proficiency in contract negotiations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales, and handling clients efficiently
- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective countermeasures
Qualification :
Bachelors/Masters degree/Degree in Early Childhood Education
Skills :
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer orientation.
- Self-driven and attention to detail
- High sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Problem-solving ability and a good team player
- Possess working knowledge in Early Childhood Education
