India's leading bank is seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Retail Banking department.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and developing new retail banking opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail banking sector.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the bank's customer base and increase market share.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

- Drive sales of retail banking products such as savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and investment products etc.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

- Develop sales campaigns and promotional activities to attract new customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers.

- Provide personalized banking solutions to meet customer needs.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

Desired Candidates Profile

Experience: 2 to 6 Years in Core Sales and Marketing in Banking, Insurance or Investment domain only

- Strong sales and business development skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
