Manager - Business Acquisition & Client Servicing - Staffing (5-7 yrs)
Requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field
- Should have minimum 5 years of experience into Business Development
- Should have experience working in staffing industry
- Should be able to generate business in Chennai and other nearby industrial hub
- Should be Goal-oriented, organized
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
Responsibilities:
- Developing sales business strategy for staffing business targeting clients in the manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, BFSI industries
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meeting with potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
- Identifying potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. o Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Present services and enhance existing relationships.
- Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Preparing and submitting weekly progress reports to the management.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
