Manager - Builder Relationship - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)

We are hiring for a Builder relationship role, for a Prop-Tech startup. We are building a proptech platform to disrupt how real estate is bought in India, and looking for core team members to join us at Gurgaon office.
6 days working.
Tuesday off instead of Sunday
We are looking for people who can join immediately. You are expected to know your company inside out and be able to communicate it to builders.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Follow Up with New & Existing Builder on phone or Face To Face meetings.
- Manage Builder relationships effectively to improve results and meet revenue targets; responsible for key accounts.
- Deep understanding of market trends with the ability to react quickly to changing market conditions.
- Efficient networking.
- Attend events to meet and network with builders.
- Building long-term relationships with key builders.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain builders.
Desired Profile
- The ability to handle builders efficiently
- Possess excellent communication skills and Good command on English Language
- Good networking skills.
- Street smart
- Should be comfortable in Inbound and Outbound process
- Basic Understanding of MS Office
- Having high degree of self - motivation and ambition
- Capability to grow in a competitive environment
