Manager - BTL Sales - Medical Devices (1-5 yrs)
Must have requirements
1. Excellent communication (both written and spoken) skills with fluency in English and local language
2. Highly presentable with excellent grooming & enthusiastic in approach
3. Displays consultative approach
4. Educational Qualification
5. Graduation - must be a graduate with regular course
6. Post Graduate - preferred MBA /PGDBA with 1-3 year's experience.
7. Minimum 60% marks throughout academic
8. Strong Commercial Acumen & Mental Ability: a test to be designed and administered to all the potential candidate
9. Strong inclination for in field work with ability to execute and willing to do the field work (Feet on the street).
10. Should be high on Integrity.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for achieving defined new footfall goals for the set of assigned clinics
- Build local - Key Customer Accounts- to acquire customers on a regular basis, which includes
- Corporate - small & large
- Residential associations
- Local Market associations
- Educational Institutions- Schools, Colleges, specialized training instituitions
- Local bodies, association and influencer groups e.g. Rotary Club, Toast master club, Trade associations
- Key Account Penetrations- the executive should be able to drive at least 30% of the key account population as footfalls to the assigned clinics
- Plan, execute and supervise marketing activities to achieve the defined goals
- Identify local opportunities and build proposals to leverage them for the business goals
Sales :
- The executives will be responsible for achieving sales goals assigned for company's membership and other products
- Organizing and executing Dental check- up camps in various regions/ RWAs/ Schools.
- Must be willing to travel within his area.
- Must have his own Vehicles
