Manager - BTL Marketing - Retail (1-6 yrs)
We are inviting applications for Marketing Professionals having experience in BTL - Below the Line Marketing for a Popular Retail Brand.
Brief:
- Job Location: Mysore
- Salary Offered: 3.5 - 5 LPA CTC
- Experience: Min 1 yrs in BTL Marketing
- Gender: Male
- Minimum Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Job Profile:
1. Execution of all events, Promotions & Schemes.
- Ensure the execution of the Event, scheme & promotion as per the Plan.
- Co ordination with the Sup/DM for the availability of the manpower at the time of the event/ scheme/ promotion.
- Coordination with the VM for the Signage's & display boards & ensuring it is put on before the start of the event/scheme/promotion.
- Coordination with external agencies for the miscellaneous activities.
2. SOH (Space on Hire)
- Ensure execution as per the booking.
3. Assisting the Unit Marketing in the preparation of the Marketing plan
- Trend Analysis
4. Tie-ups for Store Promotions
- Working out the cost-benefit analysis for tie-ups
- Identification of the category with whom tie-ups need to be entered into
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Preferable from a Retail background
- Must have handled BTL Activities in any organization
- Strong in team handling & motivating them.
- Must be willing to take challenges & overcome the same
- Should be patient & innovator
