Job Description :

- Responsible for Branding & Marketing, Lead Generation, Digital Initiatives, Event Management, Content, Partnerships

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Manage advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans.

- Should have exceptional knowledge and experience of Search Engine Optimization

- Manage & Grow social media platforms to engage with customers and promote the brand.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in B2B or SAAS Companies, IT, ITEs.

- Excellent Understanding of Performance Marketing Channels like Linkedin, X (Twitter) and Meta.

- Understanding Data Driven Marketing is a must.

- Understanding of Quora Marketing is a plus.

- Managing a team of five or more individuals with a unique set of skills and strategies to ensure productivity, cohesion, and success.
