Manager - Brand Marketing - PR & Events - FMCG (4-7 yrs)
- Develop & implement marketing plans and communication strategies which address brand requirements
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies - traditional and digital
- Driving and generating opportunities in media for high impact news coverage (stories/interviews/speak opportunities/influencer marketing - other formats)
- Build, maintain & enhance new / existing relationships with media personnel (journalists, bloggers, influencers)
- Create content/business communique - that reflects and bolsters the Slurrp Farm brand identity
- Marketing at relevant events and workshops like fairs, melas, RWAs, schools, day cares, creches,
- Actively seek relevant brand partnerships to help us reach our target audience
- Maintain and analyse databases of key bloggers, contacts and events
- Gain an understanding of our strategic and competitive positioning towards increasing adoption
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Beyond excellent communication skills
- Well networked with relevant media and online influencers
- Relevant work experience / educational experience is mandatory
- Obsessively analytical in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Strong organizational skills, extremely accurate, detailed and process oriented and take responsibility for projects
- Prior demonstration of superior execution in any field
- Understanding of the lifestyle and FMCG sector is a plus
- Be digitally savvy with an eye for details
- Willingness to hustle!
