Manager - Brand Marketing - Hotel (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Plan an annual brand marketing calendar aimed at achieving the walk-in as well new customer acquisition targets.
- Responsible for all store promotions and new product launches.
- Responsible for building traffic-driving marketing strategies for retail stores.
- Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly marketing plans and budget allocation amongst various offline events & activations.
- Initiate & execute cross promotions as well as establishing corporate tie ups and exhibitions.
- Liaise with creative, activation for product/ press release/ events etc and managing vendors for collaterals/ events etc.
- Managing multiple agencies/ partners for events, designing, printing etc.
- Manage daily MIS & budgeting - basis that tracking and recommending best-practice approaches and maximizing ROI within available budget.
- Support the sales team to achieve their targets.
KRAs :
- Conceptualization, designing, implementation and Responsible for the events & partnerships calendar for the brand. New launches, interventions during new product launches and in-store events.
- Involving conceptualization & execution of tactical as well as strategic brand led large scale events.
- Gamut includes store specific previews, PR launch, mall activations as well as city launch plans
- Lead the strategic partnerships portfolio for the brand - leverage synergies with relevant non-competing brands to drive awareness & walk-ins to outlets.
- Influence & manage external agencies to plan and execute campaigns.
