Manager - Brand Marketing - Fashion House (3-6 yrs)
ROLE: Manager-Brand Marketing

REPORT TO: CMO
LOCATION: Mumbai
ROLE OVERVIEW :
The purpose of this role is to lead the overall Marketing / Brand agenda in line with Business plans. While focusing on the short-term deliverables, the role will also shape the larger Brand strategy towards the long-term expansion.
GROWTH PLANS FOR GRASSROOT BUSINESS :
Plan and coordinate brand communication plans. Build calendar and coordinate. Interact with external agencies/partners for event coordination and partnerships
1. Brand Template - Ensure all communication adheres to the brand guideline
2. Monthly cross-functional meeting and Brand Calendar - Create, update and hold activities to brand calendar
3. Celebrity Management - Coordinate contract, negotiations and interaction with celebrity manager
4. Look Book + outdoor + digital shoot - Coordinating shoot and getting approvals
5. Social Media - Social media on campaign deadlines and engagements.
6. SMS + Mailers - Ensure timely mailers and SMS for collection launches
7. Events - Manage event scheduling and execution
8. Brand Story Telling- Films - Coordinate with external agencies for timely creative implementation
9. Competitor Research - Research competition brands and provide monthly brand sales update
10. Customer Care - Ensuring customer Care manages all queries and helping them in answering specific queries
11. Agency audit and review - Coordinate audit and review of all media agencies.
12. Financial management - Contract closures, the creation of POs and billing, Budgeting
13. Partnerships (Key function) - Partnerships and sponsorships for events
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- 3 to 6 years of relevant post qualification (MBA) experience - preferably with considerable exposure to Retail / Luxury Apparel/Lifestyle space
- Preferred age bracket @ less than 34 years (open to review exceptions on recommendation basis)
- Proven track record of contributing towards organization success
