Manager - Brand Marketing - Electric Vehicle (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to build brand equity and support business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to promote the brand and its products.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, including website, social media, video, and podcasts.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and business intelligence reports.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the technology, automotive, or electric vehicle industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with market research, product and pricing strategies, and advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and techniques.
