Manager - Brand Communications (3-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Brainstorm with the team for new ideas to build strategies for effective promotion, participate in the brand activities and implement according to the plan
- Creating a clear brand image and story
- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various media channels
. Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms
- Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives integrated with email content strategy and paid social media promotions alongside influencer marketing
- Collaborate with influencers and fashion celebrities for brand Promotions and create monthly influencer strategy
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all brand activities including social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, adapting information to suit different channels
- Manage a budget for all Brand activities
. Using the brand's name and story to reach Target audience
- Guide content writers in the creation of targeted content
- Manage social media and content calendar, integrated with email content strategy, and paid social promotions
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
- Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
- Monitor, analyse and track progress on all media platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Coordinate with various internal and external team such Product Development, Production, Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing etc.
- Oversee, plan, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in English/ mass or video communications, Fashion communications or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 plus years of experience in content social media manager, especially with Fashion digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong and creative in all areas of story-telling (utilization of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest to narrate, video use, automation messaging)
- Good knowledge and experience with Hootsuite and ads manager on social media accounts as well as experience using a variety of content-management tools
- Ability to think creatively and innovate, with attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Team player and ability to work individually within a team, and retain a flexible approach in a fast-paced changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
