Manager - Brand Alliances & Partnerships - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead generation - Identify prospective brands/companies that can be targeted for acquisition & create a business development pipeline of suitable clients.
- Solution Designing : Understand client requirements, design a solution that is commercially feasible for both us & the client.
- Negotiation/Communication skills: Have the ability to articulate the proposed solution to the target client and convince them to come onboard.
- Deal Closure : End to End ownership from client identification to listing on the platform.
- Account management - Working with internal sales teams to increase sales for & revenue from the client.
Required Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 2 years in the FMCG / CPG industry (preferably in sales)
