Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Training Manager to join in a leading life insurance company. The Branch Training Manager will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing the training needs of our advisors, partners, and employees to enhance their performance and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

- Identify areas where advisors, partners, and employees require training to improve job performance.

- Collaborate with employees and branch heads to identify specific training needs.

- Assess current and future training needs within the branch.

- Develop a comprehensive training calendar for the month.

- Coordinate with department heads to organize training programs according to the training calendar.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of each training program by measuring improvements in the performance of advisors, partners, and sales managers.

- Implement learnings from training program evaluations to continuously improve future training programs.

- Ensure maximum participation in training programs and maintain high standards of training delivery.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

- Proven experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in a training or managerial role.

- Strong understanding of training methodologies and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
