Manager - Branch Service/Sales - BFSI/Insurance (2-5 yrs)

2. Manage and mentor branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
3.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and branch efficiency.
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
6. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
Candidate requirements :
1. Candidate should be local.
2. Experience:- field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
3. Age : 21 -38 years.
