Manager - Branch Sales - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Job Description:
Roles:
To plan & achieve the revenue generation and collection target for the area as defined in AOP by effectively managing the team & distribution channel.
Responsibilities:
- Well conversant with demography of the market.
- Sales & Marketing through Channel and Project Sales.
- Develop business in all above assigned territories includes Influencer / Architect / Builders network.
- Implement the marketing / sales activities that includes Dealers / Distributors network.
- To achieve pre decided volume and value targets both in Primary & Secondary sales.
- Works closely with Sales Executive / BDE to maximize revenue in a given geography.
- Frequently accompanies Sales Executive / BDE on sales visits and supports new account acquisition, maintaining a high-level customer relationship.
- Strategize with sales resources to develop territory / accounts plans to maximize revenue and growth.
- Supervises account planning and sales forecasting for sales resources.
- Plan the month targets & divide among the team members & distribution partners
- Create & implement the relevant strategies for achieving the goals
- Create the relevant team & distribution infra-structure for achieving the goals
- Train & motivate the team & channel partners
- Developing the PJP for each member & ensuring 100% adherence
- Provide field accompaniment and coaching support to the team members
- Create plan for branding & marketing activities (BTL activities)
- Co-ordinate HO for monthly branding & marketing activities
- To create & implement strategies for influencers marketing -Carpenter, Contractors, Architects & dealer meets
- Demonstrating & presenting product to potential channel partners/influencer/projects
- Appointing new dealers/retailers
- To support the dealers & channels partners in liquidating their stock and encourage them to pick up fresh stock
- Plan target & strategies for liquidating over aging stock of warehouse & factory
- Conducting periodic team reviews & developing action plan for improvement
- Reporting periodically the various performance data as required by HO
- Resolving the complaints of channel partners
- Submitting daily plan & activities in prescribe format
- Timely communication & decimation of various schemes
- Participation in exhibition & conference
- Collecting competition information & timely sharing with HO.
