Manager - Branch Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)
Pay : 3.75 LPA maximum with further bonuses and perks.
Primary duties include :
- Engage with leads offered to meet sales targets.
- Make appointments with prospective customers in pre-designated areas to learn about their financial requirements and provide appropriate insurance plans.
- Continue talking to clients daily.
- Help clients before and after purchases.
- Maintain company quality and encourage customer loyalty.
Profile of Candidate :
- A Graduation is required.
- A minimum of one year's worth of expertise with life insurance and BFSI is needed.
- Age range : 22-38 years.
- The minimum residency requirement for candidates is three to five years.
