Manager - Branch Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team! As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, and developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Roles and Responsibilities of Branch Sales Manager
- Provides leadership to the sales team.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Identifies and analyses customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
- Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Basic knowledge of banking products/services
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Good relationship management and presentation skills.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Comparable record of sales leadership experience is required.
- Mini. 2 to 4 Years of experience in the Banking Sector / Core Banking.
