Manager/Branch Head - Sales - Telecom (4-7 yrs)
Jobs Responsibility :
- Team Handling - communicating weekly tasks, rewards/incentives, support key decisions on the sales leads and provide necessary direction to the team to support customers.
- Driving sales for that region.
- Develop, plan, implement and manage all sales & distribution activities to ensure revenue & sales objectives for the Region. Driving multiple teams to deliver Operational excellence in Channel management and Market expansion
- Provide regular assessment, devise & implement activities to upgrade sales competence in the Region and mentor the Sales team
- Coordinate and plan with the support team to ensure support on time to the customer.
- Creating awareness in the market about the product and services of the organization
- Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Handling Govt. organizations, IT companies, Real Estate firms, Enterprise and others
- Planning and executing the Partner's meet, training and Devise a strategy to meet the Gross sales of the region.
- Participating and Managing all the exhibition in that region.
- Preferred candidates from IP Telephony Sales / Partners and Key Account management,EPABX.
