We Are Looking For Branch Customer Sales & service manager
Job Description :
- Developing a close working relationship with the Bank channel partners.
- Sales team hitting sales goals in accordance with the channel plan; and arranging meetings with potential clients to present insurance solutions.
- Since this is a sales position, there may be a need to travel locally to meet clients or customers at the location of a channel partner.
- Offering pre- and post-purchase assistance (claim settlement, for example).
- Ensuring consistency and quality of business (premium renewals)
- Making the newest digital platforms available to the channel sales team
Candidate profile :
- A bachelor's degree, regardless of subject area.
- It requires one year of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance in addition to two years of documented job experience.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent dispute resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Concentrated on the customer.
