Banquets Sales Manager
Some of the job responsibilities will include:
- Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries for meetings/events
- Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO)
- Finalize and detail catering plans for groups contracted by assigned sales manager
- Conceptualizing and implementing sales and marketing plans in tune with the macro business plans, thereby achieving profitability
- Ensuring high quality services and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality.
- Have a team of unit sales managers and corporate sales managers
A successful candidate comes with:
- 5+ years of experience in the 4+ star hotel chain in hospitality or luxury retail industry
- In depth knowledge of food and beverages, sales management and presentation
- Experience in team handling
- Dynamic, aggressive and agile candidate with a strong command over the language
