Manager - Banking Sales (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Use lead generation techniques such as cold phoning and networking to find and develop new business prospects.
- Establish and preserve enduring connections with clients by learning about their needs and providing solutions that satisfy them.
- Create and carry out tactical sales strategy to meet goals and grow our clientele.
- Craft and deliver persuasive ideas and sales presentations to potential customers.
- To achieve business goals and increase income, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Keep abreast of market circumstances, industry trends, and rivals' actions to spot fresh prospects and possible obstacles.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
