Manager - Bancassurance Sales/Telesales - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibility :
1. Delivery of product designs that enhance the customer journey and target financial objectives of specific customer segments
2. Integration of regulatory requirements into a seamless multi-channel customer process
3. Establishment of a holistic and broad-based customer dataset with the required custodian management
4. Development of a digital open-standards platform with bank and insurer applications
5. Relationship banking in established markets.
6. To achieve these goals, bancassurers must navigate a complex, varied, and highly competitive environment.
7. Work profile like face-to-face interactions in the branch or telesales marketing.
Skills Experience & Qualification: ( Framework required by the position) :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking, Finance & insurance sector
- Graduation is mandatory to apply for this job
- Candidate having best of knowledge of BFSI sector
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
- Candidate is ready for work with bank staff
- Age below 38
