Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance/BFSI (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a seasoned Bancassurance manager to join our team and reach a wider audience of clients!
Authorities :
1. Create and carry out strategic plans to meet sales goals for bancassurance.
2. Collaborate closely with the product development team to customize insurance offerings to satisfy the requirements of bank clients
3. To improve product offers and promotional tactics, track and evaluate sales performance and KPIs
4. Oversee and inspire a group of support employees and sales representatives for bancassurance.
5. Establish definite goals for performance and give frequent feedback to guarantee ongoing development.
Qualifications for candidates :
1. Candidate should be local.
2. Experience : field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
3. Age : 21-38 years
