Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance/Bank (2-6 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Build a strong base of prospects, maintain productive relationship with partner's staff, achieve assigned production targets, promote and safeguard a strong focus on customers and bank partners expectations.
- Handle all customer inquiries, requests and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets set for the assigned branch/s through motivating and coaching the bank's account officers to generate leads as well as Individual sales efforts by identifying prospective clients, identifying clients needs and promoting solutions based on company products.
