Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a candidate who can monitor the performance of teams and sales goals, and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule as a Bancassurance Sales Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization.
- Overseeing the hiring and training of their firm's sales staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
- Ensuring that the departmental objective and marketing activities conform to the sales target.
- Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.
- Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
- Efficiently communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
Requirements :
- Between the age of 24 to 35
- Graduation is mandatory
- Min 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in which 2 years of experience in Life Insurance.
