Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Job Description:
The Bancassurance Manager is responsible for driving insurance product sales through bank branches by establishing and nurturing relationships with staff, offering product knowledge, and achieving sales goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products through the bank's network and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize the bank's customer database to identify potential leads.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with bank staff and management.
- Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A graduate degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience in banking and insurance.
- Must be a resident or native with at least 3 years of local experience.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and banking operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
