Job Title: Bancassurance Manager

Job Description :

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Bancassurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with banks to promote and sell our life insurance products through their branch network. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with branch managers, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement a bancassurance strategy to achieve sales targets

- Identify and target potential bank partners in Surat, Gujarat

- Build strong relationships with branch managers and their teams

- Train bank staff on our life insurance products and their benefits

- Develop and deliver sales presentations to bank staff and customers

- Assist bank staff in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable life insurance plans

- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the bancassurance industry

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a bancassurance environment

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and their benefits

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build trust and rapport with bank staff and clients

- Experience in relationship management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Time management and organizational skills
