Job Description
The Bancassurance Manager manages partnerships with bank branches to drive insurance sales, train bank staff, and achieve business targets through cross-selling and upselling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with bank staff and act as a liaison.
- Drive insurance sales and meet business goals.
- Train bank staff in insurance products and sales techniques.
- Assist in customer meetings to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors' Degree mandatorily.
- At least 2+ years' experience in banking sales & marketing.
- 3+ years in residential or native.
- Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
