Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
The role of the Sales Development Manager is to build & develop the Bancassurance business through the partnerships with Insurance Company (AIC) & Hang Seng Bank China (HACN).
- The post holder will drive sales to contribute to profitable Bancassurance business growth & assist management in other business functions.
- This include training, coaching, sales incentives and sales performance management to achieve the related sales targets and KPIs.
- To collect market intelligence on competitors' activities including competitors' products, pricing, catalogues, selling tactics, etc.
