- Handling Walkin Clients, Cross sell other Banking Products
- Getting reference from intermediarries
- Maintaining Good Relationship with peers for prospecting and getting leads from them
- Providing After sales services to walkinn clients
- Documentation of clients
- Generating leads through reference
- Managing the Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
- Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
- Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.
- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in the acquisition of clients.
- Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values.
