Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Duties :
1. Form and oversee strategic alliances with banks and other financial organizations to advance our insurance offerings.
2. Ensure that goals are reached and surpassed by supervising the partner banks' sales process.
3. Train bank employees on our insurance products and sales strategies and provide continuing support.
4. Create and put into action business plans to boost market penetration and bancassurance sales.
5. Establish and preserve solid connections with important partner bank stakeholders.
6. To find development possibilities and to keep up of rivals and industry trends, conduct market research.
7. Work together with the product development team to create and modify insurance plans that satisfy bank clients' demands.
Candidate requirements :
1. Candidate should be local.
2.Experience : field sales and marketing of insurance/BFSI
3. Age : 21-38 years
4. Any graduate
