Location: Kolkata, Mumbai, Banglore
Designation - Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager
CTC Range: 2 Lacs to 4.5 Lacs Plus incentives with Fast Track promotions
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
1- Make the customer understand about the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customer's requirements.
2- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
3- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visit and convert the lead to sales.
4- Cross-sell/Upsell products.
5- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given
Criteria :
Required : Age Limit 21 to 38 years
Education Qualification : Graduate in Any stream.
Experience of at least 2 Years of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales
