Manager - Bancassurance Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- To create new business prospects, reach out to potential clients via phone and email.
- Screen prospects and schedule sales team meetings and demos.
- To guarantee customer retention and happiness, maintain and grow your relationships with current clients.
- The sales staff and you should work together to accomplish objectives.
- To make sure sales personnel are prepared to explain the advantages of the product, hold training sessions.
- To ensure that sales activity and customer data are accurately recorded, use CRM software.
- Maintain a current awareness of market trends and rivalry to spot untapped business prospects.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
