Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Bank (2-5 yrs)
Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Meet Customers of the Bank for Lead generated for insurance cross-selling.
- Work jointing with the Branch Manager on the Business Implementation plan.
- Meet customers within and outside the Branch as and when required to develop, agree and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
- Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverables and company values.
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales.
