Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
Through strategic alliances with banks, the Banca Channel Manager oversees accelerating the expansion of insurance sales. Building relationships, marketing insurance products, and hitting sales targets inside the bancassurance channel are the main objectives of this position.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee bank agreements to increase sales of insurance products.
- Bank employees should be empowered and trained to offer insurance products.
- Establish and monitor sales goals for the banca channel while making sure they line up with corporate goals.
- Supervise marketing campaigns to increase product awareness inside the banking system.
- Verify adherence to pertinent industry regulations and business policies.
- Create and provide performance reports to high management on a regular basis.
Qualification and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of three years' experience in marketing, sales, or bancassurance.
- Comprehensive understanding of the banking and Insurance industry.
