Manager - Bancassurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques, find and develop new business prospects.
- Develop and preserve enduring connections with customers by learning about their needs and providing solutions that satisfy them.
- To meet sales goals and grow our clientele, we will create and carry out smart sales plans.
- Write strong sales pitches and proposals and deliver them to potential customers.
- To increase revenue and accomplish business goals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain a current awareness of market circumstances, industry developments, and rivals' actions to spot fresh prospects and possible obstacles.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
