Manager - B2B Sales - SaaS (3-7 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Planning and strategizing the sales activities.
2. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to lead generation to closure.
3. Arranging demos and sales meetings with the corporate, law firms, and law enforcement agencies.
4. Presenting quotes and suggesting solutions to customers' needs.
5. Suggesting and enhancing potential new partnerships.
- Relationship building with the customers for efficient and long-term functioning.
- Coordinating with the marketing/customer success team.
- Providing training and support to develop and manage the sales team.
- Meeting individual and team targets.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales is required.
- MBA in marketing/sales or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be well conversant in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Should be able to perform both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, confident, and determined approach.
