Manager - B2B Sales - Recruitment Firm (3-15 yrs)
- Sales Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition as well as handle assigned accounts. Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions and upsell. Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new and existing clients by means of portfolio expansion, new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting client needs and exceeding client expectations.
- This role requires you to visit the TeamLease office once a day, and have at least 2 physical meetings in a day with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for new client acquisition and farming the existing accounts.
- Responsible for meeting Business goals on the new Headcount acquisition and Revenue Prospecting through cold calling and other channels
- Create healthy pipeline
- Ability to hunt and farm large accounts
- Demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple Sales opportunities simultaneously
- Forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends(including competition)
- Develop high level relationships with CXO's
- Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectation at a regular basis
