Manager - B2B Sales & Marketing - International Business - MENA/South Africa & East Africa (6-10 yrs)
Responsible for International Business - MENA, South Africa and East Africa
- Marketing Research.
- Contacting existing customers on regular basis & developing the current business systematically.
- Regularly meeting the technical persons at the respective sites seeking new opportunities for future business.
- Rate Negotiation, Supply contracts with potential customers ensuring uninterruptable supplies.
- Attending SNOP meetings for better production and dispatch planning
- Identifying new customers to increase customer base and to extend better market reach.
- Market Intelligence.
- Handling customer complaints and providing them the required solution by co-coordinating with QA / Technical department.
- Sales Analysis.
- Timely Sales Realizations & Payment Collections
Candidate's Profile :
- Relevant experience in Human Nutrition & Premixes having worked with F&B Companies in India and across the globe
- Collaborates with internal and external customers in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
