Manager - B2B Sales - Manufacturing (12-15 yrs)
We have urgent opening for the position of sales manager
Urgent Requirement! Of Sales Manager
- Candidate must have at least 12 Years of experience in sales (B2B Preferred).
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Must be from Gurgaon or Delhi NCR only.
- Speaking English is mandatory
- Must be available to join within 15 Days or Less, immediately.
- No B.tech Candidates Required.
