Manager - B2B Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance.

- Identify and facilitate training needs for the sales team to ensure continuous professional growth.
Requirement:
- Previous sales experience minimum 1 years.
- Strong communication and sales skill.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Local candidate prefered.
