Manager - B2B Sales - HR Tech (3-6 yrs)
Summary:
We are looking to close this position with the skillset who assist our team to identify, qualify deals with potential clients by effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our cloud-based HR solutions and building strong relationships with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Proactively source and qualify leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking etc
- Identify key decision-makers within HR departments of target companies.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer pain points and requirements regarding HR processes.
- Articulate the value proposition clearly, addressing potential objections and concerns.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and personalized engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of the HR landscape, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales, ideally within the HR technology domain approx 3-4 years.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
