Manager - B2B Sales - HR Software & Services (2-8 yrs)
- Our client is currently seeking a B2B Sales & Business Development Manager to drive their B2B solutions' sales and revenue growth.
- If you have a proven track record in B2B sales and Partnerships and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
- As our B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies for our HR software and services. Your responsibilities will include :
- Creating a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively sell B2B (EAP or Employee Health & Wellness) solutions to businesses and corporates.
- Identifying target markets, customer segments and key selling points for our product, software and services.
Qualifications :
- To excel in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience of 2 years in B2B sales and Partnerships, preferably in the HR solutions industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
