Manager - B2B Sales - Hospitaliy (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to drive our B2B sales efforts and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, particularly in selling to large organizations and business hubs. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
2. Identify and target potential corporate clients, focusing on IT parks, business hubs, and large organizations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate clients.
4. Present Colive's offerings to corporate clients, highlighting the benefits of our fully managed, tech-enabled homes.
5. Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
8. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong focus on B2B sales.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong networking abilities and the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus.
