Manager - B2B Sales - Event Management (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect & Interior Designer Partnerships

- Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with top architects, interior designers, and design firms.

- Convert architects into repeat buyers by offering tailored home styling solutions.

- Establish our Brand as the preferred brand for their residential & commercial projects.

- Organize exclusive preview events for designers to showcase new collections.

2. Corporate & Bulk Order Sales

- Close bulk orders with premium hotels, restaurants, real estate developers, and co-working spaces.

- Pitch our Brand's product range as the perfect fit for high-end properties.

- Structure corporate gifting partnerships for luxury homeware sets (Diwali, hospitality welcome kits, etc.).

- Develop customized bulk pricing, contracts, and service agreements for large clients.

3. Revenue Growth & Sales Targets

- Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to contract signing.

- Ensure a strong pipeline of B2B deals at any given time.

- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to optimize our Brand's B2B sales strategy.

4. CRM & Lead Management

- Build and maintain a structured B2B sales pipeline using CRM tools.

- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, sales negotiations, and client needs.

- Implement targeted follow-up strategies to maximize conversion. 5 Retail & Pop-Up Events for B2B Clients

- Plan VIP events & showroom experiences for architects and commercial clients.

- Work closely with the Retail & Experience Team to curate in-store engagements.

- Attend industry exhibitions & networking events to generate new B2B leads.
