Manager - B2B Sales - Electronics Product (5-10 yrs)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Working closely with Architects, local/regional Governments, Specifiers, Contractors and Value-Added Partners to build the brand and generate leads, secure specifications and projects, to ultimately deliver the agreed level of sales volume and profits.

- Preparing action plans to identify new customers and projects, actively and effectively searching out new leads and sales prospects

- Building/maintaining strong relationships with customers

- Providing solution-oriented advice and price proposals on lighting offers working closely with the support team in HQ

- Providing regular sales forecast and project pipeline updates

- Developing regular account and sales management reports

Candidates Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline), & MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.

- A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in technical sales, ideally in the lighting industry, with a demonstrable record of success

- Professional knowledge and experience in a B2B environment

- Customer service and result-oriented approach

- Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills and experience in implementing sales plans

- High interpersonal and communication skills and positive personal energy
