Job Title: Sales Manager - B2B
Location : Bng /Gurgaon
- MBA from a top business school
- Experience: At least 6 years in B2B Sales and/or Product Management in B2B customer-facing roles
- Confident self-starter, with a strong background in identifying, closing B2B partnerships & structuring win-win partnerships
- Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
- Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions
- Handle escalations and improve customer experience
- Developing and working on analytics driven sales dashboard which will help keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales pipeline
- Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team
- Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
- Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligation to each team member.
- Plan and implement admission events and webinars
- Have handled product lines end to end (preferably from BPO/Ed-tech industry)
