Drive revenues in Ecom B2B Channels
- Drive profits in Ecom B2B Channel
- Ensure inventory turns in AE and partner DC per plan
- Drive Strategic Business Plan process and effective Buy planning for all partner channels
- Drive an effective catalog assortment on all partner channels, ensure adequate cover on each channels per selling norm
- Drive Business Review Meetings with key customers periodically tracked with minutes + Agenda
- Ensure high quality catalog transfer to partners per international norms and full assortment availability
- Support PI/PO process, Credit note process and ensure that there are zero returns from partner during intake
- Devise a strong MIS system to drive weekly and monthly visbility to brand team and ORM
- Drive the channel PPM forecast with Brand Planner and Merchant team monthly
- Coordinate with external partners and brand marketing to ensure the right banners & video go live on all web enabled platforms
- Ensure Promo Calendar is updated and promo catalogue process managed efficiently
